1. Can I use this steamer outside of the U.S. or Canada?
No. This steamer works only with 120V in the U.S. and Canada. Using it elsewhere, even with an adapter, may damage the unit. A voltage converter is required, and use outside North America is not recommended.

Let the steamer cool completely, then press and hold the self-cleaning button for a few seconds. It will start cleaning automatically to help prevent scale build-up.
